He earned his Bachelor’s in Economics & Finance in 2002 from the University of South Carolina. Afterward, he spent eight years at MetLife marketing employer group health benefits for small and medium-sized businesses. This gave him a thorough understanding of the employee benefits marketplace and a strong background for transitioning to the individual insurance market.
Today, Justin specializes in the senior health market, helping those approaching or already enrolled in Medicare determine the right coverage for their needs. With over eight years in the Medicare market, Justin has helped thousands of clients coast to coast with their insurance needs, including Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, and Part D Prescription Drug Plans (PDP). Justin hosts his own weekly local talk radio show called “The Medicare Help Desk Radio Show & Podcast,” which provides new actionable content to help seniors navigate the complex Medicare maze. He also has a weekly TV Segment on FOX 49 called “The Medicare Minute,” which aims to give concise tips & best practices regarding Medicare. He is the recent author of the book “Medicare Breakdown: The Alphabet Soup of Medicare.” Justin is an independent insurance broker licensed in 36 states across the U.S, offering over thirty different A-rated insurance carriers.

ASHLEY COLVIN
Ashley Colvin was born and raised in Monticello, Florida, a small town outside Tallahassee. Growing up in a somewhat rural community, she was very close to family & friends and involved in her local church. Her parents lived on a farm raising cattle, which motivated her to have a strong work ethic. She often spent her days riding horses and helping with chores on the family farm.
After graduating from FSU with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology, she pursued her PharmD at the University of Florida. Once she became a licensed pharmacist, she began her career in retail pharmacy, working at Publix. Here, she served the healthcare needs of her community by providing drug counseling to patients & helping answer various medical & prescription questions. Eventually, she became a licensed health insurance agent specializing in the senior health market after meeting her husband, Justin Colvin.
Together they have two children, a 3-year-old boy named Luke and a 1-year-old baby girl named Emma. With the desire to have a better work-life balance, Ashley left the pharmacy to pursue insurance with her husband full time and continues to help others with their medical needs but in a different capacity. With her expertise in prescription drugs and patient counseling, Ashley can help seniors save money on their prescription drug costs and recommend more cost-effective solutions.
